Pinnacle Rehabilitation and Personal Training has been providing physical therapy in West Branch and Rose City since 2003. We offer comprehensive, evidence-based care to help get you back to your normal lifestyle after injury, surgery, or other health conditions affecting your daily life. Additional services include personal training, athletic training, lymphedema therapy, spinal rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, massage therapy, post-surgical rehabilitation, and weight loss management.

LYMPHEDEMA THERAPY
We offer lymphedema therapy for patients recovering from a mastectomy or other circulatory problems of the arms and legs.
SPORTS MEDICINE
We treat recreational athletes as well as local semi-pro and professional athletes.
POST SURGICAL
Our post-surgical rehabilitation programs help you get back on your feet faster.
PRE-WORK SCREENING
We have contracts with local companies to offer pre-employment screens for job applicants.
