Pinnacle Rehabilitation and Personal Training, providing physical therapy in West Branch and Rose City, Michigan, blends the latest science with care and comfort for our patients.

At our West Branch Facility, we offer a therapeutic 10,000-gallon indoor pool and whirlpool. At both the West Branch and Rose City locations,  we offer a modern gymnasium with the latest equipment and innovative programs for your personal training and exercise needs.

We take great pride in being responsive to the needs of the community we serve and staying ahead of the curve by being aware of the latest research in our field.

We offer spinal care, treatment for neck and back pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, industrial pre-work screening, personal training, massage therapy, athletic training, lymphedema therapy, and weight-loss management programs.

Your therapy will be customized to your unique needs and will normally include a home exercise program as well so you can continue to make improvements between visits.

We have been a trend-setter in operations by being a paperless office since 2003. We currently use cloud-based documentation,  scheduling, and billing with third party support and security. No information is left unsecured on paper or on a local computer.
